• Cancellations: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours for a resolution.

3. Service Limitations

• Access: We require safe and legal access to your vehicle. We are not responsible for any delays caused by access issues.
• Weather Conditions: In case of severe weather conditions, we may reschedule your booking.

4. Liability

• Damage: We take utmost care while servicing your vehicle. However, Shine Craft is not liable for any pre-existing damage or issues arising from factors beyond our control.
• Personal Items: Please remove all personal items from your vehicle. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

5. Privacy

6. Intellectual Property
